How do I run for an elected position in the Village?
You must be a resident of the Village and a qualified elector to seek election to a Village office. A  Declaration of Candidacy and Campaign Registration Statement form must be filed in person with the Village Clerk. The citizen must then circulate nomination papers and obtain at least 20 signatures from Little Chute residents to have their name appear on the ballot.
Nomination papers may be circulated no earlier than December 1st and are due in the clerk's office by 5:00 p.m on the 1st Tuesday in January (1.3.22).
