What actions are required to get a permit?
You need to obtain a permit at the Village Hall, 108 W. Main St., Little Chute for the following actions of repairing/remodeling/adding/replacing:siding, residential remodeling/additions, roofs, plumbing, electrical, porches, decks, patios, sheds, fences, antennas, satellite dishes, garages, pools, hot tubs, jacuzzis.

Do I need a permit for siding replacement?
Yes, the permit can be obtained from the Village Inspector on the second floor of the Village Hall at 108 W. Main St. Little Chute. (920) 423-3871.

Do I need a permit for sidewalk installation?
Yes. A permit for new sidewalk installation is $5.00. A permit for rehab sidewalk installation is no charge, but a permit must be obtained. A permit to do street excavation work in the public right-of-way is $25.00. A permit for a driveway approach is $10.00. These permits should be obtained from the Public Works Department located at 108 W. Main Street in Little Chute. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Do I need a permit for a fire pit?

Does the Village accept credit card payments?
Yes, payments for the Village of Little Chute are accepted by Official Payments. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted, either by phone or online. Credit Cards are accepted for all citations, miscellaneous invoice fees, special assessments, and property taxes. Convenience fees will be applied to the customer's payment.
