2025 Village Projects

2025 HOLLAND ROAD - UTILITIES EXTENSION

Project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2026

Project location:

Beginning at the intersection of Holland Road & W. Evergreen Drive, then continuing north on Holland Road approximately 3,000 feet to the new Golden Gate Drive extension.

Project scope included tying into existing utilities near Evergreen Drive and extending Village of Little Chute water, storm, and sanitary sewer down Holland Road to the new Golden Gate Drive extended. Project also included a full replacement of the asphalt road from Evergreen Drive to Golden Gate Drive, new gravel shoulders, grading and turf restoration of the existing ditches.

Don Hietpas & Sons has completed the utility contract to extend utilities north on Holland Road to serve Lexington’s current Golden Gate Drive development.

MCC completed grading and placement of the lower asphalt surface layer in the fall of 2025. The final asphalt surface layer will be placed in the spring of 2026, as weather conditions permit.

Traffic Impacts: Holland Road is currently open to traffic; residents should expect additional restrictions on Holland Road and should use alternate routes to limit traffic during placement of the final asphalt surface layer this spring.

New Concrete Sidewalk Information - Salt

With winter comes snow and ice removal. Besides shoveling or using a snowblower, many sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and streets are covered in salt to melt ice and snow and make concrete safer. However, using salt on your new concrete could end up harming it.

If your home has a new concrete sidewalk this year due to TDS or AT&T construction do not place salt on it the first year.

Your new concrete is in its most fragile state the first year after it is poured. It needs time to  cure. settle, and gain strength to avoid breaking or cracking in the future.
