Village Board Meetings

General Information
The Trustees of the Village of Little Chute shall constitute the Village Board.  The Village President presides over the meetings of the Village Board.  In the absence of the Village President, the President Pro Tem shall preside. Four members of the Village Board shall constitute a quorum. 

The open sessions of meetings are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.  Citizens may address the Board on an Agenda item if recognized by the Village President.

A citizen wishing to speak on an item that is not on the agenda, may do so under Public Appearance for Items not on the Agenda. In order to ensure that all persons may have the opportunity to speak, a time limit of five minutes has been set by the Village Board.  The Board may not take immediate action on items not on the agenda but items introduced may become agenda items for a future meeting. Regular Board Meetings

The Village Board of Trustees meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Regular Board meetings are scheduled
meetings of business for the Board with action taken on agenda items.  

The Regular Board meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. at the Little Chute Village Hall in the Board Room.

Committee of the Whole Meetings

The Board of Trustees meet as a Committee of the Whole on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month to discuss business
with possible action taken on agenda items.
The Committee of the Whole meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. at the Little Chute Village Hall in the Board Room.
 

Annual Organizational Meeting

The Village Board holds an annual organizational meeting at the first Regular Board meeting on the third Tuesday in April after the spring election for organizational purposes.
