- Tax bills will be sent directly to property owners on November 30, 2021. The first installment is due January 31, 2022.
- The second installment goes directly to the Outagamie County Treasurer, not the Village, and is due by August 1, 2022.

- For your convenience a night deposit box is available under the canopy entrance along the Grand Avenue side of Village Hall. Deposits are emptied each day and are credited as of the previous business day.
- Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope if you desire a receipt.
- For a copy of your tax bill, to check payments, or to view delinquent taxes, please go to Outagamie County’s website.
- To request a tax bill mailing address change, provide the address to the Little Chute Finance Department or Outagamie County Treasurer.
- To file for a late lottery credit, visit the Wisconsin Department Revenue.
Credit Card and Online Payments
Taxpayers may either go to the Village online payment link or to www.officialpayments.com to pay by credit card. Once on the credit card website, the taxpayer may go through the menu starting with Local Payments or simply enter the jurisdiction code for the Village of Little Chute - 6738.
An additional alternative is to use a toll-free number to make a credit card payment for Village purposes. The toll-free number is 1-800-2PayTax (1-800-272-9829). To speak with a customer service representative at Official Payments, you may call 1-800-487-4567. The customer service number also provides Spanish translation.
In fairness to all taxpayers, there will be a transaction fee added to credit card payments. The fee is 2.2% of the payment amount for credit cards or $3.00 for electronic payments up to $10,000. Electronic Payments over $10,000 will have a fee of $15.00.
On-line payments to the Village for property taxes are not accepted after January 31. After January 31, property tax payments must be paid directly to the Outagamie County Treasurer.
